Lansing Free Yoga Project – Lansing Pride Morning Yoga – (Instructor to be determined)
We invite you to come practice Yoga in the the bowl at the Fish Ladder Music Park on the Grand River in the heart of Old Town on the weekend of Lansing Pride! This 100% free class starts at 10:30 AM and lasts for an hour. This beginner focused class is designed to get you moving in the morning! Waking up the body and the mind, shedding stress, and starting your day out in an amazing way. Immersive concert level audio blended with the natural sounds of the river, and an incredible outdoor space work together to create a truly special yoga experience. We invite you to join the Lansing Free Yoga Project for Lansing’s most unique yoga experiences.

Please arrive at 10:00am to find the perfect space.
Make sure to sign in at the LFYP table.
Free loaner mats are available if needed. You are encouraged to bring your own if possible.
Classes last for approximately 1 hour.
Classes are designed for beginner yoga students and include bending, stretching, balance, and transitions between standing and floor positions. If you have physical limitations or injuries, please proceed with caution. Practice within your comfort level, listen to your body, and modify poses as needed. Our goal is to create a happy, healthy, and supportive experience for everyone.
